In your teenage years, dating and having a bf/gf is considered “uber-cool” but like everything else it has its advantages and disadvantages. You have to make sure that it never gets to serious. A serious relationship can lead to a broken heart, especially at a young age when you’re still not emotionally capable. Of course, you should have fun and enjoy it but remember never to be in to big of a rush to do things. If the person you’re going out with is a year older than you and can drive, make sure to go on a double date, you can never be too cautious no matter if you really no this person or not. Double dates are actually always fun, they make everything less awkward.
