Teen Pregnancy

As all of you have heard, Jamie Lynn Spears has announced her pregnancy at ONLY 16! The father of her baby, Casey Aldridge, has been a friend of hers since she was 14 and they eventually started dating. This romance had turned into what they had thought was love which led to her pregnancy.

Being a teen parent is so unbelievably hard for so many reasons. First of all, you’re not even out of college which means you don’t have a job that’s going to support a family. Second of all, now you are pretty much stuck with this guy or girl that you thought you loved for the rest of your life, even if you don’t stay together you have a part of him - the BABY! Lastly, you’re going to have a rough time in general trying to raise a baby, attend school, and work a job all at once, it all just turns out to be a financial, stressful, undesirable life that you never, ever thought you would encounter. You are bringing a life into the world and YOU are the only one responsible.
