Fake Boyfriend

by Kate Brian

In the romantic comedy, “Fake Boyfriend”, a girl named Isabelle’s not-good-enough-for-her boyfriend is caught cheating with another girl from school. Sick and tired of all the couple’s problems, Isabelle’s best friends, Vivi, Lane, and Curtis, create a Myspace profile creating Isabelle’s dream guy. With determination to make their friend joyful again, they will do whatever it takes to make this dream guy for real.

As they plot out a scheme that could just put their friend in depression again, they hire the hottest guy in the world to play this made up boy. But as Vivi begins to fall in love with him herself, they start to fear of what might happen. Along with Isabelle’s problem, Lane is having a problem with her own love issue. She has major feelings for her long-time best friend, Curtis, who she believes wouldn’t ask her out in a million years, or will he? In the end, they all seem to end up in place with who they belong with. It’s story of friendships, relationships, and the power of Internet!
